Raymond (レイモン・ルクレール?) is a character in SaGa Frontier 2. Raymond, an archer, joins forces with Tyler and Patrick for some time. Ever since Tyler introduces him, Raymond follows Wil Knights in his hunt for the mysterious, powerful Egg, and also goes on to appear in the story of Rich Knights as well. Though never shown in detail, Raymond bonds with Patrick and forms a partnership with him, as the two continue to sell their services together long after Wil retires from being a Digger.
His last playable appearance (although technically optional to trigger) is "To the Fossil Cave" along with Eleanor.

Gameplay
Raymond is a powerful Archer who joins with good HP and LP, as well as having decent WP compared to other Bow users encountered earlier. He has good growth with Stone, Tone, and Water Spell Arts giving the player some good spell options. He also comes with the Defense Role.
His initial skill with a bow is considerable and he is also well versed in martial arts. Due to his obvious talent, most players have Raymond stick to what he is gifted at and concentrate on little else. However, like any and all SaGa characters, he can go in any direction of one's choosing. If player's list of bow techniques has not grown much since the beginning, Raymond is a great way to spark all the arts the player may be missing. If you need a another front line fighter though, He's failry competent with Swords and Axes.
His ideal Roles will likely be Marksman unless the player wishes to give him team support skills like Support or Defense.
