~ Saiva |
Saiva (サイヴァ Sayva?) is the Goddess of Destruction (?) who fought in the first War of the Gods in Mardias. She is the Goddess of Destruction with formidable power, capable of going toe-to-toe with all other ancient gods, and is the wife of Marda. She is only mentioned in the Romancing SaGa Ultimania.
Profile[edit]
Appearance[edit]
Saiva is depicted with large, twirly hair adorned with multiple ornaments, alongside absurdly long braids. She wears a tight neck bracelet and a black dress decorated with gold markings.
Personality[edit]
Not much is know about Saiva besides her rebelious attitude against Elore, which lead to her battle against him.
Story[edit]
There were many Gods in Mardias, but the two that stood out were the creator, Marda, and the Goddess of Destruction, Saiva. As the two were at a stalemate, both used monsters and other beings as pawns in their battles. To turn the tide in her favor, Saiva created a God of her own by channeling a vast amount of magical energy into her finger, pricking it with a needle. From her wound, Elore was born. However, Elore turned against Saiva and sided with Marda, leading to her defeat.
Upon her defeat, Saiva's remains split into three parts, each becoming a God in their own right. From her bones arose Death, from her hair, Schirach, and from her black heart, Saruin.
