Balazquez (バラスケス) is a red-headed general mentioned only by name in SaGa THE STAGE: Return of the Seven Heroes, during Dantarg’s introductory scene which portrays him and other mercenaries in a losing battle against Balazquez’s army, 1,000 years prior to the events of Romancing SaGa 2. Balazquez was one of the top ten heroes in the world at the time.[1][2]
