Background and Story[edit]

Long ago a fearsome dragon crossed the path of Mirsa, fabled hero from the Knights Dominion, and wished to be taught the rules of knighthood and chivalry. The result was the Dragon Knight, but the legend faded into myth for much of the population of Mardias. However, the rulers of the Knights Dominion still recall the pact with Dragon Knight, and would be heirs to the throne must prove themselves to him in his sanctuary, deep inside Drachenvale.

Only those worthy may be declared so by Dragon Knight, and given Mirsa's Armor, a mysterious treasure from the old war with the Gods.

Trivia[edit]

  • If you complete the "Dragon Knight" quest having met Neidhart and do not have him in your party, he will show up and kill Dragon Knight to take Mirsa's Armor, thus making it impossible to recruit him.
  • If you are playing as Albert, the "Mirsa's Armor" Dragon Knight has will permanently change Albert's appearance.
  • Dragon Knight did not appear in the original Super Famicom version of Romancing SaGa. He is exclusive to the PS2 remake, making him one of the new characters to appear.
