Nikolai Rzhyev (ニコライ・ラザイエフ, Nikolai Rzhyev?) is a character from Romancing SaGa 3. He lives in Ryblov with his family. His father is Alexei Rzhyev, his brother is Boris Rzhyev and his sisters are Vera Rzhyev and Tatyana Rzhyev. He is the heir apparent of the Rzhyev family following the success of their trade.

Nikolai is mentioned by his siblings as the one who will inherit a major stake of the family business. This in turn drives his younger siblings to make their attempt to kill Tatyana.
He can be found in Ryblov at the Rzhyev house, seemingly unaware of Tatyana's fate while tending to the family business.
In Tatyana's Phantom Maze flashback, it can be assumed that he lives peacefully with his father and Tatyana after their father had kicked out Boris and Vera for attempted murder of their little sister.
