This is a list of recruitable characters for SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions.

There are 79 playable characters in the game, although not all of them can be recruited at the same time. Some of them are exclusive to certain routes, while others can be recruited in all scenarios.

Urpina's Story

There are 54 possible characters that can join the Retinue when choosing Urpina as the protagonist. However, not all of them can be recruited in the same playthrough, as there are situations when recruiting certain character prevents the player to recruit other characters.

Luna		Northeast Boundary	Use a Scarlet Shard to trigger the Glacier interaction. Interact with the Glacier. Enter the Abandoned Hut. Wander around until the Abandoned Hut shows blood. Enter the Abandoned Hut and then interact with the Infernal breaking the Glacier. Defeat the Infernal.
Hagar		Marchiam Megdasse	Release all the Glyphs and converse with her in Kaikow.
Giselle		Marchiam Yaxart	During the pilgrimage sidequest, enter Twai and there will be mention of a true Uzume Shrine. Go to the area below the forbidden point and clean up the shrine to discover the True Uzume Shrine. Go back to Twai and converse.
Marion		Provincia Kei	Will join you during a sidequest, however will leave forever once you enter Kohan.
Lamar		Provincia Cerenaif	Complete sidequest involving Zegna Defense Force and then interact with Zegna Defense Force.
