Oh, hi. I'm a SaGa fan from Europe (Portugal, specifically). I became interested in SaGa (and JRPGs) because of Japanese Mario romhacks, haha. Please just call me lion or Koba. Or David, if you'd rather go by a first name basis.

My favorite SaGa game is Romancing SaGa 2, and I'm rather fond of FF Legend II, Romancing SaGa (SFC) and SaGa Frontier. My least favorites are Frontier 2 and FF Legend III's original version. Pronouns are he/him (cis male).

I've never really owned a SaGa game, but I think my older brother may have owned SaGa Frontier 2 when I was a toddler? He sold his PSX and pretty much all his PSX games to buy a PS2 though.

My first SaGa game was an attempt at playing through SaGa Frontier on ePSXe (lost the save file), later played through the series in order (done every game up to Frontier 2, so far). Took me about three years?

I used walkthroughs on RomaSaGa 1&2, my Japanese was extremely poor at the time. Please do not assume I was able to read everything in them, haha.

There isn't really an effort to "centralize" SaGa data and tips & tricks in English outside of GameFAQs, several random threads on the games' respective GFAQs forums and some YouTube vids, so I'm trying to help turn this Wiki into a mix of that and general lore info to aid western fans and western RPG enthusiasts who just want to try this hot mess of obscure mechanics. Kind of what Ell20 is doing, basically.

I mod the discord too as an Imperial Guard, I just don't post much because I'm both shy and have nothing to add to most convos, especially since they're all in the Re;univerSe sections (I don't play gacha). Most of what I say online is either talking to my friends or extremely embarrassing shitposting that I'd rather not put on the Discord.

Avatar on Wikia/FANDOM/whatever is by my close friend, leomon32. BanchoLeomon is from Digimon, which belongs to Bandai.
