Moon Light (月光) Is a low level light magic from Romancing SaGa 2. It is available right when the Magic Laboratory is built and from then on anyone can use it. It is the best none fusion magic healing spell besides Earth Heal as it restores the most HP it can also remove blindness when leveled up high enough.
In Imperial SaGa, it only heals status aliments.
