Abandoned Keep
The Abandoned Keep is a dungeon location in Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song.
Formerly called "Dellsdale", the Keep resides in the central part of the Knights Dominion and was once a mighty fortress that has now been overrun with monsters.
Sections of the Keep have caved in or are prone to collapse. Standing on the weak floor areas for too long will result in you falling down a level. However, this is the only way to gain access to all of the Keep, especially the underground portion.
Returning to the Keep later in the game will result in the north-west gate on 2F being open. Touching the statue will teleport you to 3F. The tiles on this floor require a certain button press when stepped on. If you press the correct button in time you will be able to advance one tile, however failure to press the right button (in time) will warp you back to the start of 3F.
When you have crossed the tiles and lowered the statues you can fight a powerful Cyclops enemy, which guards some treasure chests.
