Kelvin is a character in SaGa Frontier 2. Gustave XIII makes Sir Kelvin's acquaintance after moving to Jaade with his mother Sophie. The boys form a friendship for life. Kelvin has an aristocratic sence of duty and noble bearing. He is, after all, raised to become the Count of Jade. Kelvin is one of the few people whose opinion Gustave values.
After Gustave's death Kelvin tries to keep control of his country but is forced to flee after losing against Cantal. In the wake of Cantal's death death Sir Kelvin forms alliances and manages to regain control over his former country at the age of 67. Kelvin is not very skilled in negotiating and leading his troops, but he is the person who managed to convince Gustave to return to Finney at the Battle of Buckethill.
