Background and Story
She lives in South Estamir and can be recruited there if your main character is not Jamil. However, in order to recruit her you must save her from Wuhan after being kidnapped. Later, during the "Assassin's Guild" quest, visit Farah in her house to witness an important scene. Afterwards, she will be recruitable.
