Re;univerSe is at its core a gacha game, but a very generous one at that. It considers itself to be very F2P friendly with much of the community agreeing on this. If you have questions about the summoning process or jewel acquisition you've come to the right place.
Jewels[edit]
These little gems are the lifeblood of the game and will fuel the summoning process and any additional QoL options you may choose (it is heavily recommended to hoard them for summoning). On average, you can expect 12,500 Jewels per Month from Login Bonuses, Weekly/Daily Bonuses, Spiral Corridor and Ad Watching. This number does not include First Time Completion Bonuses from the story, milestone rewards (such as those given when you get x amount of Styles to level 30) and unique login rewards. This number will increase more in the future.
Summoning[edit]
Cost[edit]
By default, a single summon costs 300
with a multi being priced at 3,000
. The multi comes with the added benefit of guaranteed S rank on the 10th unit. There are also exclusive deals for paid gems only. These include half-off pulls (1,500
) for unique Award Banners which will come in the future and a 1/3rd discounted daily pull. It is important to note that Re;univerSe does have a pity/spark system. Every time you perform a summon you are given a currency unique to that banner, and with that currency you can buy your desired unit after enough summons. Spending 45,000
on a banner will allow you to pity/spark any unit from that banner.
Banners[edit]
Re;universe has 3 different kinds of banners: Platinum, Award and Limited.
- Platinum summons can be considered the Normal summons of Re;univerSe, this is where you can pull any unit from the normal, non-limited pool. It is always available and will get updated each time a non-limited banner concludes.
- Limited banners feature units that can only be pulled on that specific banner, when the banner concludes they will not be added to the Platinum pool.
- Award summons are part of the Award Festival, a feature that is a few months away. These festivals come with Events, lots of free jewels and unique characters exclusive to the Award banner, these are limited. Often times, these are the units that you want to save for.
Future Banners and Hoarding[edit]
Re;univerSe came out in Japan a couple of years ago so we already have a decent road map on what it is to pull on. Simply put, why pull on a particular banner when there are better units around the corner? However, the GL servers are different than the JP servers, and no one can predict the changes that we will see. We know what units are coming out, but we do not know when they are coming out. Roll at your own risk, but have fun while doing so.
