Claw
Claw (爪) is an attack used by almost every monster encountered in the SaGa series. It is the monster-equivalent of the martial arts ability punch. Claw-based attacks are usually not very powerful. In some of the SaGa games, the player can obtain claw-based attacks through magic or from party members who come with them. The dark spell Claw Extend from Romancing SaGa 2 gives the player a claw to use as a weapon.
