Blood Suck (吸血) is an enemy technique from Romancing SaGa 2 and Romancing SaGa 3. It is similar to magic attacks such as suction in that when used it restores it`s users HP usually by around 200 or so this tech is most used by undead type enemies and in some games Lilith`s will use it.
