PzkwV is a mec shop owner in SaGa Frontier, and a playable character, but only in T260G's scenario.
Location
PzkwV is located in a very well hidden place, so finding it in a blind playthrough is quite uncommon. Here's how to reach him:
- pass through the western section of Koorong (the one with two stores selling armor)
- climb down through the south ladder into the sewers
- go south east
- climb down using the north east ladder
- go down
- go left
- climb the ladder
- enter the weapon store (red door on the left)
