Noel Form 2
Noel (ノエル) is one of the leaders of the Seven Heroes, and the person who initially started the group. Of the Seven Heroes, Noel is considered the most noble and rational of the group. Noel is Wagnas' closest friend and the brother of Rocbouquet.
Noel can be found in the Moving Lake, a mirage city within the Meru Desert. The city itself changes location, determined by a random variable dependent upon the number of battles the players have had.
Upon first meeting Noel, Noel will be dueling the Desert Guard. The player will try to intervene. If the players had previously defeated Rocbouquet, then Noel will gladly take up the challenge. If not, Noel will try to negotiate a peace treaty, and give the players the option to not fight him then and there.
Depending upon the player's actions interacting with Rocbouquet and their current power level, they can meet a total of four differnet forms of Noel. If the players had not defeated Rocbouquet, the fight with Noel will happen in two stages, with the second stage having stronger moveset. However, if Rocbouquet had already been defeated, Noel will start out the fight with all of his moves to bear.

Strategy
In his unarmed form; Noel will most often counter physical attacks, using Magic or Non contact techniques such as Sonic Blade, Yo-yo, or Bow attacks/techniques will prevent him from countering. Self-Burning is highly recommended since it will negate Heat Dragon Wave.
In his Armed form, use Light Sword to counter all of his sword techs.
