Once upon a time there was a group of ancient structures known as [[The Seven Wonders]]. Within them was contained the power of the gods; according to legend, when this power was released, the gods would appear, heralding the return of the Golden Age. It was also said that the deserts parching the land, ice fields of the polar regions, the forbidding mountain regions and the stormy oceans were remnants of a time when evil beings invaded the planet. Some believed these stories religiously, others dismissed them as myths; as far as adventurers were concerned, The Seven Wonders were the ultimate object of their quests.

His conquests finally returned the term 'world' to its true meaning and expanded the horizons of all - the culmination of a revolution which had been years in the making.
