Debug Room Is a notorious room in SaGa Frontier. It cannot be accessed normally within the game without the assistance of a code and while there is nothing much inside the debug room worth going inside for it does serve one helpful purpose and that is it is the place where any character in the game can be recruited at any time and any scenario. It can be accessed from either a new saved file or an already existing save.

Acessing the Debug Room

To get to the debug room the use of a code by the player is needed and from there you will be instantly transported to the debug room either from a new save or an already existing save. However, one thing that should be kept note of is at time this may not work and the game may freeze or crash when trying to get to the debug room. There is a way to make it a sure-fire way to access the debug room and that is the player should use said code while in IRPO going to IRPO and saving the game there then going to the debug room will ensure that it works all the time. The other thing that will be needed is a region map code which will place a region map item into the inventory as it is needed in order to get out of the debug room. If not the player will be stuck there with no way out, keep in mind that once gotten the region map item will never disappear from the inventory giving complete free access to the debug room at any given time however keep in mind that to access it again the code must be switched back on again. Blue comes with the region map skill by default so he won`t have such a problem of needing the item to be gotten into the inventory via a code as he has the skill to teleport by default.

The Debug room can be very helpful and beneficial to the player as this is the only place where one can get rid of unwanted party members as there is normally no way to kick out party members that may not be desired and it also helps players be more flexible and precise with exactly what teams of characters they want since any character can be gotten for any scenario. Want Princess Rei in more than one scenario? She can be gotten, want to have Blue and Rouge both in the same party at the same time? That can be accomplished this way. In order to get a character fro the debug room simply walk up to the character desired and some Japanese text will pop up with two options, pick the top option Yes (はい) to take the character.
