「ファイアブリンガー」が消滅すれば、帝国も不要になる。
支配を続ける帝国に対して、各地で反乱が起きる。
それは皇帝の息子達による内乱へと繋がる。
混乱の中、「ファイアブリンガー」を倒した英雄である
皇帝が暗殺され、帝国はあっけなく瓦解した。
それから７０余年。
帝国時代を知る者もほとんどいなくなった。
世界の混乱は続いていた。
新たな危機が迫っていることに気が付く者など、
存在しなかった。
だが時代は主人公を用意する。
