{{J|Sif|シフ|Shifu}} is one of the 8 main protagonists in {{L|Romancing SaGa}} and its remake {{L|Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song}}. She is a Vallhaland warrior born in Gato's Village within the Shiverland continent, and can be found in the Crystal City and Altours.
 
She is voiced in Japanese by Mika Doi and in English by Megan Hollingshead in Minstrel Song.

===Appearance===
Sif is a tall woman with long blonde hair, sporting dark silver armor with blue undertones, a few tatoos on her arms and legs, long blue socks, a bandada, a couple of bracelets, and a transparent fabric on her lower torso.
 
In Minstrel Song, Sif has changed her outfit considerably. Firstly, she wears the horned skull of a fiend as headwear and keeps her hair much shorter--this gives her the impression of having horns of her own, but the face of the skull can be seen on her in-game model. Sif wears a matching yellow blouse and pants, with black trim and silver highlights. Strips of metal are attached to the shoulders of her blouse in shingled order like brigandine armor, and her hands are protected by thick red and black gloves that extend to her forearms. She also wears leggins topped with silver trim that matches her blouse and the sash along her waist, as well as red shoes.
 
While wearing these clothes in the artwork for Minstrel Song, Sif's in-game model is slightly different: her shoulders, upper arms, and thighs are exposed, and her leggings have become white with brown shoes. Her gloves are now blue, with the forearm guards being blue and yellow material stitched together. Her blouse and fiend skull remain the same, but the sash around her waist is larger and looks more ragged.

Sif is a bold and hardened Vallhaland warrior. She is deeply connected with her people and land, as she decides to head back home unlike the rest of the protagonists in the 100% completion bonus cutscene of Minstrel Song. She respects people with courage, as shown when she takes a liking to [[Albert]] after the youth states that he wants to repay the Vallhalands for saving his life in spite of his weakened condition.

Sif is a Valhallan warrior living uneventfully in [[Gato's Village]], until the day [[Gato]] sends her to investigate a disturbance. He tells her that the weather is getting unusually warm, and that monsters have infested the nearby caves.
 
After the adventures in the caves, she meets Albert after he has been rescued from a shipwreck. Later on, [[Gato]] charges her with restoring the Dragon's Eye, which he says "has lost its glimmer".
