Pharr, once known as Ms. Pharr Andales the Gold Lion of Balke and was the person who discovered the painting of Silver Girl that started Mythe's quest in Undercity Pharos.

As a character Pharr isn't a mediocre to poor party member. In both main character quests she appears in there are far better characters to choose from. As a slight saving grace she does come with a Lvl 1 Artiste, which can be useful for getting those few extra items at the shops.
