Levante Guard
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Ahh yes, the eastern guard, another frequent staple for the late game. The eastern guard is to great sword as the imperial guard is to the spear. The Eastern Guard has pretty much the monopoly on all of the best great sword tech spark types, the legendary type 8. The only great sword tech the samurai cannot spark is the Heavy Hit tech, which is only really useful in the early-mid stages of the game and sparking the Coup De Grace tech from the Haltclaire weapon. All eastern guards have amazing speed higher than average strength. Juubei, Toshi, and Souji stand out in particular though. Juubei has one of the highest DARK scores in the game, making him potentially one of your best pure dark casters if you decide to pursue dark magic. Toshi has both 20s in his STR and SPD, which means that he is also one of the better martial artist users around. Souji has the HIGHEST combination of STR and SPD. However, he only has an LP of 1. Do keep that in mind if you pick him up.
