Hiraga is a character from Romancing SaGa 2. He resides within a msall house in Somon and is very smart and is an inventor of many creations ranging from a bridge that connected two lands a flying device that could give the player a lift to Wagnas`s floating Hakuro Palace. He is also the creator of the Mechanical Doll Coppelia.
