You will notice that some techs, by the use of this logic, will not be sparkable at all. (i.e. Beast God Charge has a flat difficulty of 51, which makes unsparkable by normal means) These techs must be sparked through related techs. Indeed, it is the only way to get some of the more powerful techs. For this reason, there are also several tables that showcases the difficulty for techs when you're using a related tech.
