Giselle can be recruited after completing the events in the Northeastern Boundary. Head to Marchiam Yaxart and interact with her in Twai. After beginning the pilgrimage sidequest, enter Twai and a comment will be made that there is a true Uzume Shrine. Go south of the Forbidden Point and clean up the dirty shrine. After cleaning it up, it's revealed to be the true Uzume Shrine wherein young women were sacrificed.
