She is a young woman whose homelands have become a wasteland. There are giant water towers in the area that used to irrigate the lands of Grand Teille long ago. She pleads to [[Rich Knights]] to help her in her quest, and her charms prevail.
 
All her life, Julia dreams of seeing a rainbow. When she tells Rich this, he immediately sets out to make her dream come true.
